   • Customers may cancel and receive a refund if they have not yet completed the booking form.

   • Once the booking form is completed, refunds are only available if Juniormarkets is unable to deliver the session.

   • Customers may reschedule once as long as the session hasn’t started. Further rescheduling will require a new booking.

   • No-shows are non-refundable.

   • If your request is identified by our coach as an out-of-scope topic we will refund you. If your request is identified as out of scope for the duration booked, then we will ask you to book a longer session.

   • There are no refunds for unused time.
