I began my finance journey at a non target school and understand firsthand how difficult it can be to break into investment banking without a clear roadmap. I sent the cold emails, prepared for interviews without guidance, and learned through trial and error. After a lot of persistence, I earned my first investment banking offer at Tuck Advisors, where I currently work, and later secured an incoming Investment Banking Summer Analyst offer.

I built JuniorMarkets after realizing that non-target schools often lack the structured resume guidance, mock interview preparation, and mentorship required to compete for high finance roles. At the same time, many mentorship platforms charge students hundreds of dollars per hour, making the process feel out of reach. Through JuniorMarkets, I provide structured guidance, free technical and behavioral resources, and affordable mentorship for students to maximize their chances of break into banking.
